Parking

I love these big parking lots.
Mechanical... but cool. Practicality wise, it's a little inconvenient though.

I saw on NHK one night how these are making everyone go bankrupt. As many apartment blocks put these carparks in during the 90s, but they cant afford to servicing which becomes more expensive with the age.

Yes, true.

This one is in an already expensive new appartment building.
Its three deep and five wide.
They already had trouble.
They actually had parking attendants for a few months just to push the buttons.

Corporate fees for appartments are horrendous anyway. Lifts, Fire systems etc etc.
Sometimes the yearly living fee is more than renting.
