Car Make Corn's

Today, I had to do a little maintenance to fix a small oil leak from the LSD I installed a while back so I booked the car into Car Make Corn's. They are just near my house and specialise in Roadster NA,NB and NC tuning. Friendly staff and a nice quiet paced workshop with great attention to detail. Inside they have a small house set up like a country shop with all the goodies you could ever want.

Every time I go there they have some crazy Modified NA or NB. Not many NC though cause they usually get serviced at dealers. Today was a crazy White NB Coupe with Black TE37. cooool. Last week was a NA with squared off custom wide body.
Anyway. I got my $8.00 oil seal installed (for a reasonable price) and I'm back in business.

Sunday Drive - Haneda

In Tokyo, it's hard to find some quiet places. Todays afternoon drive was not so "quiet", but relaxing none the less.

You find some gems around the bay and this is one. This park is an easy drive from the city and is close to Tokyo. You can still see the Rainbow bridge.

Jonan jima seaside park is only about 1klm long. But it's L-shape corners one of the man made islands near Haneda domestic airport.

It's right under the landing approach to the north.

Watch this 747.

close enough?

Over the landing light bridge.

Haneda airport in the background.

It's in an industrial area near the nighttime drift area of Oifuto.

Car's looking pretty good these days. On a day that's not so busy (other than sunday) it would be a nice place for some pics.
You really can get right under the flight path.

Ce28N look great on the stormy blue covered Autoexe kit.

925RS wears prodrive GC07.

Gami-san's screaming 2.3 is awesome in the city. You can hear it miles away.

Nice lines in the sun.

New aero from Buddy club is a new addition to R16.

It's an interesting design.

Some angles it's great, others it's not so.

Autoexe and Work 18"

Throw on some graphics for impact!

Pina's Nopro kitted car looks awesome with RE-30.

Miya-san's work wheels are spaced 15 at the back.

R16 222 Cruise

Route Sixteen (R16) organised a little get together for a short cruise through the city.

I woke up late and just made it to the meeting point. Luckily it was only just around the corner from my place.

Ready for action.

Katochi-san , PEACE! Koji, Cool!

Into the city. 20 cars in the pack.

I rode in front of Sypher

Into Tsukiji.

Under the bridge. I followed A:qui most of the morning.

We stopped a few times to regroup though the city.

Out of Tsukiji

Past Hama Rikyu

Concrete and trees. Lovely!?

Waiting for the lights. Far too often.

Up onto the bridge.

Round the big curve.

Past Fuji TV building in Odaiba.

Where we parked for a little while.

My new style.

The whole group.

A nice view and a nice day.

Off again. Miya-san's car is clean!

Off towards Haneda Airport where I left the group as they headed to Daikoku. I already went there 3 times in as many weeks.

On the way there are a few tunnels and nice views of the bay. I'll post again to feature the cars and the rest of my day.
